All I had to do was pull the block crate into the living room and point out the possibilities available without our rug and the construction erupted. After school the boys used up every block to build the "temple-hotel-restaurant". Michael was the architect and Jacob his trusty assistant (a position he dutifully accepted). They worked side by side for a good hour and half on their creation while I cooked dinner and cleaned up the kitchen etc. The partnership was so successful they then headed out to play basketball with each other for a half hour until dad got home! Michael was proud to report that Jacob had since improved from yesterday. M is the coach.
