Holiday Weekend

Michael declares that the best part of Jewish school are all the extra vacations! This past weekend was Rosh Hashanah - the Jewish New Year. We celebrated by taking a family trip to Seattle. It is the first time that we have traveled as an entire family to visit my parents....read: with PETER.... in about 4 years due to his back complications. I loved having him with us! This meant that my mom and I got to spend a lot of time together while he and the boys enjoyed Resort Farm Murray. Thank you Peter!

The boys swam countless hours in the 90 degree pool. Scotty mastered swimming. Jacob perfected a flip off the diving board. Michael flipped as well. And even Scotty scared us all flipping off the edge of the pool.

Peter took the boys to buy a bee-bee gun. They drove around on the Rhino shooting at trees and other targets - boy heaven.

Yesterday Scotty asked me all day if we could go back to Seattle. He took a long bath in the middle of the afternoon to play pretend "pool" - he loved swimming in warm water so much!
