Soccer Mania has taken over the house! Practice is before school, after school, with parents and with out. Of course everyone wants Dad to play, and impatiently waits for him to get home from work. Jacob wants to learn the game better - realizing others on his team understand it better than he does. Soccer Mom has been running drills in the yard! He proudly reported (as I missed Saturday's game) that his scored his first goal AND that he did just what we practiced and another boy scored!! I told him that was called an assist. His coaches congratulated him on playing "his best game ever". Yay.
Jacob has been teaching Scotty all the same drills. Learn it - Practice it - Teach it. This was an early morning practice before school in pj's.
Scotty gets to play on a team next year when we move to Draper. He will love it.
