Colin is 11 months old! Almost one year has past in his little life and
it seems like it was just yesterday that I was holding my little
newborn. Is that a cliche?? YES! but it is TRUE.
We ask him: What does a bear say? and he roars. This means he will
have a bear birthday party. The boys are very excited. Our first one
year old that is not saying any words... but he has his first real
animal noise and we will take it! His brothers ask him to roar 20 times
a day - it is too much cuteness!
Latest foods we are trying: Recently passed coconut milk. Yay! Trying
egg. Hoping to be able to bake a birthday cake. Keep all fingers and
toes crossed.
Colin loves to wave bye-bye.
He can walk 3 steps. But crawling is much faster, especially when he
puts his head down. He can spin 360's on his bum when he gets excited.
Colin conducts the music in sacrament meeting with every hymn. He gets
very excited when he hears the organ start to play and stands on Peter's
lap to see Liz Warner up in front conducting.
Colin climbs to the top of the stairs in a few scary seconds.
He loves books, especially ones with animals and babies. He
likes to look for the monkey in a book about Spot on the farm with his
friend the monkey.
Colin finds the moon in the sky each night on a walk with Peter and Bella.
We love our dear sweet baby. What would our life be like with out him? I can't even imagine it.
