3 days of freezing weather during this first week of October remind us that winter is fast approaching. The big boys were excited to wear their new long sleeved school shirts that have been tucked away in their drawers. We made chili for dinner that lasted a few nights. Soccer practices were canceled because of too much rain/snow mixed. The kids had rainy day recess at school. Great weather is coming back for the next week - but it was kind of fun to bundle up. ...it did make me a bit nervous that we still do not have a foundation in the ground yet for the Draper house before the snow! Yikes.
