Leprechauns invaded our house last night! Jacob has been anxiously awaiting their arrival, counting the days down like it was Christmas. Who knew St. Patrick's day was so thrilling? Those tricky little leprechauns opened all the kitchen cabinets, took dishes out of some of the cabinets, turned over all the chairs, took all the shoes out of their baskets, took all the cushions off the couch, turned the toilet water green, and of course turned the milk green to eat with Lucky Charms cereal. Happily they also littered the boys room with gold coins of chocolate.
All the shamrock's everywhere remind me of Gramma's dishes in her Painter Street house that had shamrock's all over them. I always used to go look at them on her shelves and imagine eating a big fancy dinner on them.
