HOME-work
Michael stayed home from school this morning - a bit under the weather, and not yet recovered I think because we let him still go to California for the weekend with Peter. Since both boys were at home, to minimize any fighting, I pulled out the workbooks. Both boys love workbooks. Finishing each page is an academic success, and I watch as they have pride in their work. Jacob was thrilled by how great each written number looked on the page, often showing it to Michael. He would respond with a, "That looks so great Jacob!" or "That is a beautiful 4". Michael was please with finishing over 25 pages of spelling work. Scotty joined the fun with markers and a coloring book.
