Yesterday morning the ground was damp from earlier rain. Michael led the brothers outside for a bug hunt. The three boys hunted for bugs together under the rocks in the back yard for a couple of hours. Under Michael's direction, the two assistants helped make a bug house for their worms, slugs and rolly-polly bugs. I love summer.
The toy snakes and eagle were to scare away birds. We left the bug house out all evening, until it was washed away by another big rain storm.
