Freshly Squeezed

We made a huge Bobby Flay breakfast this morning - scrambled eggs with sweet red pepper, onions & bacon inside a warm flour tortilla, a dab of his southwestern hollandaise sauce and a sprinkle of queso fresco & cilantro.  Whew!  I hear it tasted really great - I am still recovering from a nasty stomach flu and didn't dare risk it.

Scotty squeezed his own glass of clementine juice.  He was very please with himself, and proudly drank his product.

The hollandaise sauce broke twice.  Twice.  Michael & Jacob reminded me that we always "try, try again".  We didn't have enough eggs to go for it a third time.  We ate it ugly & broken, and it still tasted great.

Michael started a whole list...we decided it was appropriate for MLK Jr. day:
you can't judge a sauce by the look, it can still taste great
you can't judge a movie by the name, it might be great
you can't judge a dinner by the good smell, it might really be gross
you can't judge a book by the title, it might be interesting
you can't judge a person by their face, they usually are very nice
