This toddler is happy when he is helping! Silly me, I turned on a movie for my little guys so that I could bake a pretty vanilla bunt cake for Father's Day. What was I thinking? The sound of the mixer running instantly brought this curly boy upstairs. He loved watching the mixer spin around - following it with his head - I thought he would get dizzy. We counted the eggs together and then sniffed the vanilla. He held all the egg shells, trying to add them back into the cake after me.
He wouldn't keep his hands out of the bowl. Shhh... Strawberry Shortcake for dessert tonight! [with a little bit of Colin love added inside - I don't think anyone will notice].
