We had a fun Birthday celebration for my dad last night! Nick and Karin's family came over for Indian/Nepali take out food (yum!), and Costco cake (gross). My kids and Peter loved the cake! I think they are sick of the made-from-scratch stuff. The kids played with balloons, lacrosse sticks, and every toy in the playroom. Scotty and Rosie played next to eachother all night - they are buddies. Colin roared like a dinosaur and tried to say all the names. Scotty felt badly that Grampa had no presents - so he enlisted Jacob to help wrap one of his own books for a gift. The big boys made cards, and Michael wrote a page of jokes for Grampa. We had a great night playing and being a family.
