Preparing to leave for Bella's first night at puppy school, Scotty asked me, "What do puppies learn at puppy school? How to paint?" I explained how it was different from preschool. He then asked, "Is the teacher a dog?" ...which makes a lot of sense now that I think about it.
Michael and I took Bella to class. She is smart and eager to learn...if only it weren't for her dang nose! She is kind of like having a puppy with ADHD (welcome to the family!). One minute she is happily learning her commands, and the next instant she smells something incredible and off she goes! Michael loved learning from the trainer - he commented that it was more like "people training". He is right.
